Summary: Bright vivid monitor for cheap - I bought this to replace an aging second monitor and I'm very happy with my purchase. I like to do what I call a "window drag test" between two monitors to compare color settings and pixel resolution. I'll take an image file that has horizontal striations and split it between the two screens. I can generally tell relative color and quality differences when I can scan my eyes back and forth quickly between the screens.
Summary: Excellent monitor if you are a Photoshoper and definitely good enough for gaming too. Just be sure you have the right version of MagicTune installed for your OS (i.e. 64bit version for a 64bit OS). It will not work otherwise.
The picture quality was pretty good (typical Samsung quality)

Summary: This is a budget, no-frills monitor. It is probably not available as new. The picture quality was pretty good (typical Samsung quality). I did not like the lack of height adjustment. The top of the screen is too high, viewing on a desk. Its interface is analog only, w/no DVI or other ports. Samsung S22C450D is the next step up, a little more expensive but w/height adjustment and DVI/DisplayPort support. I like its non-glossy frame.
