Great picture, Buttons are kind of annoying.

J. Ringler, Amazon
4 December 2014
  • Summary: Over all I love this monitor. My only issue is that the buttons are to easy to accidentally hit, which will turn it off or switch the input. I hope they go back to actual buttons in the future for this.

Very nice monitor

Brandon Batson, Amazon
11 December 2012
  • Summary: I've owned 4 asus monitors and a cheap acer. This was a little more expensive, but colors are better. (I use an asus as my second monitor and I can't stand the same background next to it due to the difference. ) The touch buttons kinda suck though.

Brilliant

Sonia A., Newegg
2 June 2011
  • Pros: This thing is gorgeous. It is sooo much lighter and thinner than my older LCD screens. This also runs A LOT cooler than my other LCD screens, LED really is the way to go.
  • Cons: There is an issue where you get a 1 inch black border on screen when you use the HDMI input. My Radeon allowed me to "overscan" the output and remove the border, but this might be an issue for other users...thus making this screen as effective as a 22 inch monitor. Lack of DVI port is upsetting. ...

Very nice picture, crappy stand and controls

Daniel Wolstenholme, Amazon
12 May 2011
  • Summary: I've had this monitor for about a week now, sitting next to my other 24" monitor, an LG W2486L LED/LCD monitor that has a screen the exact same size, and which appears to have a picture about the same as this one.

Really nice, but missing some features

Evan L., Newegg
9 May 2011
  • Summary: Very large
  • Pros: 24" size, 60hz refresh rate, really nice quality colors, 2ms refresh rate, appearance
  • Cons: Monitor points downward too much. Magictouch software does not work with windows 7 64-bit and is not compatible with my gtx 580 video card.

Great for cheap eyefinity

Jonathan B., Newegg
26 April 2011
  • Summary: I bought 3 of these from another retailer, but originally found them on here. I bought them to replace my other 3 22" LCD's I was using. They are much brighter, and the colors are more accurate. Whites look incredibly white with the LED backlighting.
  • Pros: *Cheap *1080p LED *2 HDMI + DVI inputs *Comes with HDMI to DVI-D cable (high quality) *Once calibrated has a beautiful picture, and very bright *You can buy 3 for under $1000 making it one of the best budget 5760x1080 eyefinity screens over 21.5" *Super lightweight *Stays cool no matter how long ...
  • Cons: *Wobbly stand; I use 3 of them on a large glass desk in eyefinity landscape mode, and before I custom made foam inserts to go under them they wobbled like CRAZY *No VESA (I knew this when I bought them, but it would have been a plus). I would love to have been able to put them in portrait mode on...

Very Nice

Paul H., Newegg
22 April 2011
  • Summary: Speedy shipping!
  • Pros: Sometimes after reading a bunch of reviews your left pretty much with the same question. So I took a chance and all I can say is this a very nice monitor. I'm happy and that all that matters. No dead pixils. Very easy to put together.
  • Cons: NewEgg shouldn't ship anything in just the retail box! No one in your neighborhood need to know what you've purchased. (minus 1 egg).

Very Happy

Andrew R., Newegg
20 April 2011
  • Pros: - Out of the box colors looked good - Only really needed to adjust brightness and contrast - 2 HDMI ports - 2MS speed (GTG) is nice - 60Hz ideal for gaming - Size, 24" is perfect for me. - Screen seems to have the best matte-type non-glare with glossy brightness and vibrant color. I actually coul...
  • Cons: - Buttons are awkward but workable - Stand is cheap, but on par with others at this price point. It does tilt which is helpful. - Couldn't get their Magic Tune program to work on Win7 - 64 bit even with compatibility modes, gave up trying it...monitor didn't really need it.

Does not have a swivel stand as noted by newegg!

Rob B., Newegg
29 March 2011
  • Pros: Beautiful monitor although you'll have to adjust all your gammas if you haven't had an LED backlit LCD before. Single-button switching between sources is nice - seems to be something most other vendors choose to leave off and stick somewhere in a maze of on-screen menus.
  • Cons: Out of the box everything was completely washed out. The onscreen controls allow you to set colors and what not but I went with the Nvidia settings on the desktop control panel and everything looks good now. Newegg said the monitor supported swivel and that's not the case. It has has a small, sti...

Inconsistancy

Donovan C., Newegg
21 March 2011
  • Summary: If you notice a washed out picture or blurry text adjust settings and calibrate ClearType, if the settings do not hold it is a defective panel, not a reflection of normal operation! I alternated ports and cables, only one panel had the poor quality.
  • Pros: Awesome color, brightness, sleek design, thin bezel! Best picture in its class.
  • Cons: Stand is stiff; adjusting feels like it could break the stand, but it doesn't. Digital connections required me to perform scaling modifications (overscan/underscan) as other noted. I bought two of these monitors, one has a green tint and reduced clarity. Extensive calibration got it to the other ...
