I liked my first Samsung B2330 so much that I bought a second one!

Summary: I bought my first Samsung B2330 in March 2011 shortly after purchasing a graphic card upgrade allowing me to use a DVI connection. It was very easy to set up without more than a glance at any instructions. The picture is crisp with great contrast depth. My computer with Windows 7 automatically detected it and set to ideal 1920 x 1080 resolution.
Summary: I bought this for [...] at CostCo, which included (I believe) a [...] "automatic rebate." I have it hooked to an older model Dell laptop with a docking station that has a DVI connector. I was a bit concerned about the folks who gave the lower ratings, but it all seemed based on the VGA connection. I used the supplied DVI cable and the picture looks, in a word, fantastic. Note that I did NOT install any drivers or applications from the supplied CD.
Summary: The picture is excellent, crisp and vivid. However, the stand is not adjustable and it is driving me crazy. I have it propped up on a phone book (remember those?). The screen seems to lean in at me, and the only way I could change the viewing angle involved sticking a wooden shim and a book of matches under the base.
Summary: I don't have a TV - no cable and my location is too remote for reception over the air - but I do have DSL and I needed a monitor to watch programs/movies over the web and via the DVD drive on my laptop. I used to use a 19" Hitachi LCD monitor, which was kind of small. This 23" Samsung is perfect for temporarily plunking down on my coffee table and getting a nice big picture on my couch. The Samsung was a snap to set up. It comes with both DVI and VGA cables.
