Summary: Since Samsung is one of the largest LCD manufacturers in the world so the quality of the display in this monitor was never in doubt. What disappointed me was that Samsung choose to surround this nice LCD with cheap crap. The stand does not balance and is not adjustable in any manner.
Summary: what can you say, it's a tn panel. it definietly needs to be calibrated - the colors are way off. brightness and contrast need to be turned way down; i set mine to 28 and 42 respectivly (gamma mode 3, magiccolor off). the cons aren't too noticable in fps games, but they are there.
Pros: - not very expensive - doesn't heat my room up like my old crt - that's pretty much it -_-
Summary: Running on GeForce 6100 and analog. Farly poor for the specs. Purchased an LG L206WTY-BF running on Quadro FX-370 (analog for now as well). Difference is night and day, LG is 20 dollars more expensive and its a 20".
Pros: Nice case, not particularly expensive, magic color compensates for poor image quality.
Cons: Color rendering is poor. Don't be fooled by numbers, the display is merely average. Text suffers from color shifts with XP and Linux.
