  • Summary: Overall, Samsung's 213T is a very well-designed monitor. It produces crisp, clean images and has a size and brightness that make it a pleasure to use. For office and everyday work this monitor is almost impossible to beat. The monitor looks good with the analog input but does have some small flaws.

  • Excerpt: Samsung is back once again, and this time they are super-sized. They have sent us their gigantic SyncMaster 213T 21.3" which measures 18.6" wide, 18" high, and 8.7" thick. Please note that the 8.7" thickness includes the base of the monitor, the actual monitor panel is only a little over 1" thick.

  • Conclusion: The SyncMaster 213T has both VGA analog and DVI-D digital inputs, to work with older and newer PC graphics cards -- or one of each, since a button on the front bezel lets you switch between video sources.
