Summary: I am a major Samsung fan. I currently have two Samsung TV's and one Samsung monitor. The colors are good, and the DVI input is a plus. Cons: The stand is very wobbly. As long as you don't touch the monitor, it should be okay.
Summary: Great visuals. Less than excellent audio. Prior to my purchase, I had read a review that stated the audio output on this TV was poor. I did not tell this to my wife, thinking she would not notice.
Summary: I bought this monitor to replace an old CRT monitor. It is way better than what it replaced. The screen is bright and clear with out flicker, smaller footprint, less power consumption and so on. As LCD monitors go this is a decent one and for that I gave it a good rating.
Summary: Probably closer to 4, but I'll need more time to evaluate. Concerning the mounting base. The little thumb tab on the screw on the base is a little frustrating, my camera tripod has same and for an old f**t w/ authoritis it can be a challenge.
Summary: Set up is easy, performance and value are good and appearance is nice. Set monitor control in Windows XP to 1600 x 900. Attaching the stand is tricky. I paid $140.00 plus tax at wholesale club. Lay the monitor face down on carpet against the wall to keep the piece steady.
Summary: Just purchased from a big box store for 10 bucks cheaper than Amazon. You really can't beat the value of this performance for the price. I've owned several Samsung monitors, and all have been excellent. Great picture quality, and longevity.
