Summary: Yes, there is one, but you have to go online to read it. I suppose it keeps the costs down and there's a suspicion that most people never read it, but a few basic sheets of information with the packaging would have been useful. The PowerSensor is perhaps a good idea but it didn't suit my wife that the picture disappeared every time she moved a few inches so we had to find out how, effectively, to disable it.
Summary: Amazing monitor, would easily but another one! The image quality is brilliant, very light and stable. Full HD resolution makes it very clear when playing games or watching movies. Easily would recommend.
Summary: Bought this to go go with a new build project. Very pleased, works well, games graphics very good, love seeing things in hd. Compared to a similar monitor that I tried and went straight back it is fantastic. A good price for a good product. No complaints. Easy set up, could not ask for more at price.
Summary: I couldn't believe it when it arrived, was so easy to set up literarily 5 minutes. For the price well worth it, looks amazing, just connected it to my Macbook Pro and I'm loving working on my desk. You can't go wrong for spending a 100 squid or so. Only gripe is that it takes a few seconds longer for it to load then anticipated. Connection via HDMI, makes this a very proposing to anyone. Well worth the money.
Summary: I am really impressed with Philips LCD monitors. They are stylish, bright, and the screen has an excellent matt coating which eliminates reflections without creating a grainy surface. The E-line monitors have environmentally friendly LED backlights (no mercury) which means they are light (3.68kg for 21.5" models including stand). They are not wall-mountable, which is fine at this size. This monitor 227E3QPHSU is the IPS version of the 227E3LHSU , but without speakers.
Summary: For the price this IPS screen is a lot better than I expected. Text looks very crisp, it's bright (way too bright using default settings) and is great for my use as a second monitor for watching movies etc while using my 30" Dell as the main screen. Viewing angles are good, colour rendition is good enough for the majority of tasks, and being around 22" it's not quite so in the way for my intended uses, but still has a high enough resolution to use comfortably.

Abstriche in Ablesbarkeit.
