Summary: Had one replaced in 1.5 years and 2years later the second died. Good picture when it worked. Item was replaced by nec at no charge with a refurbished 2 year old monitor ??? Will keep away from NEC. Should not have died....twice.
Summary: I did a lot of research before buying a monitor for my photography purposes. I am very happy that i found this monitor FOR SUCH A LOW PRICE! You have no idea how happy i am after installing, calibrating, and editing some photos with this unit.
Summary: This is a great monitor because it is an IPS monitor and the user can tilt, rotate, and raise the screen. We have had it for over six months and we are still loving it. I didn't have any bleeding problems. The three year warranty is very generous. Check out the reviews at NewEgg.com.
Summary: I really like the Monitor. I have an older LG LCD Monitor and having them side by side the LG is very gray compared to the NEC. The whites are bright and the Blacks are Deep black. Watching Netflix or Videos looks great. Happy with text and colors.
Summary: Bought this monitor to replace my NEC E231W which uses a TN panel. It is good, but not good enough to be worth spending extra money to replace my EW231. There is a huge improvement in viewing angle. Colors look somewhat more vivid, and contrast is marginally better.
Summary: I calibrated the NEC MultiSync EA232WMi screen via the OSD to 40 % Brightness and 50% contrast for my environment .The unit is very well constructed and the adjustable stand with both height and tilt adjustments makes use a real joy.
Summary: I run a three monitor setup for web publishing. My 7 year old 24 inch ips panel that I use for my primary display was starting to go so I took a chance and ordered a Benq 24 inch VA EW2420 panel because I saw the problems people had with the Dell's uneven quality for their Ultra sharp.
