Excerpt: Very good home office monitor. Great if you share it with others because it adjusts up/down, tilts, turns and swivels from landscape to portrait. Great feature set; adjust just about any way that you want but buttons take some getting used to. Image quality is excellent but back light is a bit uneven. Don't buy this monitor if you expect to use the monitor speakers, they are terrible.
Pros: Adjustable, Diplayport, DisplayPort, Easy To Set Up, Hdmi And Displayport, Hdmi Displayport, Lightweight, Sharp Image, Vivid Colors
the base of this monitor is really amazing. i can turn it to any direction

Summary: It is an all-powerful monitor. the base of this monitor is really amazing. i can turn it to any direction. And there is a speaker inside so that u dont need to buy extra voice box if u do not have high sound quality requirement. it has a wide color gamut and no color cast.
Summary: I also experienced severe light bleed issues with this monitor. I ordered 2 and they both had very bad bleed from the bottom right corner. Apart from this the monitor had great build quality, nice on screen controls and such, but the light bleeding issues made me return them.
Excerpt: I purchased this monitor primarily for photo editing. The resolution and wide screen is perfect for such purpose. The fact that the screen is rotatable is an added bonus. The images are sharp and it was very easy to set up. I also like the idea of energy savings.
Pros: Adjustable, Easy To Set Up, Sharp Image, Vivid Colors
Summary: I run dual monitors, and this is paired with my Dell U2312HM. I originally bought a P2314H to replace an old TN panel that the U2312HM was previously paired with, However, the P2314H I received had a BGR pixel layout, and ClearType text will not work properly in GDI applications on all monitors if the pixel layout is different. Ultimately I returned the newer Dell monitor as I found non-ClearType text more fatiguing to read.
Pros: - Uses the more common RGB pixel layout - HDMI & DisplayPort inputs, which is surprisingly hard to find on other monitors - Lots of adjustments can be made (e.g. turning down the power LED's brightness) - Matte bezel - Tech support was knowledgeable and prompt (see other thoughts below) - Speakers accept input over DP and HDMI - Human sensing worked surprisingly well when I tested it - Power consumption is on par with my other 23" IPS panel - Has standard VESA mount c...
Cons: - Monitor needed calibration to get the colors right. The built in settings on the monitor are not enough, as those provide only linear adjustment. I used a device that sits on the monitor to create an ICC profile, and things look very good once calibrated. - Viewing angle, while much better than a TN panel, isn't quite as good as some other IPS displays I've seen - Default contrast is fairly low (compared to what my calibration device recommended), but can be bumped ...
Summary: This is much nicer than I thought it would be. I haven't even used all the features yet but for the photo work I doing this monitor is perfect. I can see in to the tone ranges and it's true to its color.
Summary: I am running this on a GTX 760 video card on ultra settings and love the difference. I hope this one lasts as long as my previous NEC monitor, a 4D CRT that I had for over 10 years.
Pros: Great color and easy to set up. Impressive improvement in games like Skyrim and Deus Ex Human Revolution. Much better color than previous 19" generic wide screen. Includes all needed cables including several different power cords.
Summary: I purchased this NEC monitor about a month ago, and while using it I noticed a "glowing effect" on the lower left corner. Further study made me realize that this monitor was severely "leaking" or "bleeding" light from that corner. It light-bleeds from the other corners, but no where near as bad as the lower left corner. The other light-bleeding was well within tolerance for an LCD.
