Summary: Product was delivered and it was what LG technicians called a DOA unit. Dead on arrival. It cost me 5 hours in time messing around and trying to get the monitor to work. LG tech support sucked. They had me jumping through hoops. Then passed me to another tech, who said he needed to look into this more and he'd get back to me in a few days. What the &$%^??? Bottom line, I had to box up the monitor and ship it to LG.

Summary: 2 years after buying this monitor the inverter card goes out... and the idiots at LG have supplied MCM (their distributor) with the wrong card or part number. They refuse to fix their own problem and considering the accents you will hear calling them, you'll understand why. DO NOT BUY LG. get samsung. they will last and take care of you. LG, the company, has went way down hill in quality and service.
Summary: When I hooked this up and booted to Windows 7 I got a green screen during post instead of black. As the Windows desktop came up all black areas including text was green. No amount of fine tuning with the on screen controls would fix this. I could change the text to red instead of green but no way to get black. Needless to say it went right back in the box and is on it's way for RMA.
