Summary: Product was delivered and it was what LG technicians called a DOA unit. Dead on arrival. It cost me 5 hours in time messing around and trying to get the monitor to work. LG tech support sucked. They had me jumping through hoops.
Summary: I purchased an LG W2753V monitor in, 2009 and it worked for over a year. Early the next year it started to have overheating issues. When my computer went into sleep mode, the monitor would not come up until it cooled off. In May, I spoke with LG customer service.
Summary: 2 years after buying this monitor the inverter card goes out... and the idiots at LG have supplied MCM (their distributor) with the wrong card or part number. They refuse to fix their own problem and considering the accents you will hear calling them, you'll understand why. DO NOT BUY LG.
