Summary: monitor is great. i have not found anything wrong thus far. i am rather suspicious of defects due to the horrible packaging and shipping. the box that arrived with the monitor inside looked as if it was kicked down three flights of stairs before it was thrown onto a truck and shipped here.
Solid 27" IPS,LED,HDMI display, decide if style is for you
10 November 2013
Summary: It's a really nice screen, an affordable slick intro into the 27" class of LED LCD. With IPS screen has a nice crisp punch out and cood color/image dynamics to my eyes with a great viewing angle. The top and left right bezel is present, sunkinto the flat surface of the glass. For $250 it's a steal. On the downside the stand isn't as nice as on my samsung and can't be elevated or rotated and looks a little pokey by compario.
Summary: This is a great monitor, especially when you factor in price. I see monitors that are triple the price and not better. Some people get confused with the zero bezel. Yes it does have a zero bezel, but the image does not go all the way out to the end of the panel, but it still displays a 27 inch image with a smaller footprint than an averaged monitor that has a half inch bezel. With that said, you are getting a 27 inch display and image with a zero bezel.
Summary: LG advertises 1.2 mm bezel where the actual bezel is 11mm. This is outrageous!!! LG plasters this advertisement on their website all over the world yet nobody is doing anything to correct this. LG needs to be taken to court for this!
Summary: It is just okay. The panel is beautiful, colors are sharp and the matte screen gives it a look of quality at the same time dulling reflections. Now to the downsides of this monitor, that I hope LG addresses in their new line of monitors: 1. The bezel although thin, 1.2mm, is made of plastic to look like brushed aluminium. This I feel should be made with metal to protect the monitor given its slim profile. 2.
Summary: Let me start off by saying this is an excellent IPS monitor that's good for everyday use like home or office. Don't compare it the top of the line Dell U2711, or similar high priced WQHD (1440p) monitors because those are aimed at graphics connoisseur or photography professionals. Right out of the box, the picture is outstanding - the colors are accurate, blacks are deep, and text is very sharp and clear - all the way to the edges.
Summary: I have three of these monitors setup for PC gaming, and I have to say they are just fantastic. I couldn't be more happy with this investment, my desktop size is 5760x1080 and has perfect coloring...which is important as well because I am a web designer as well.
Summary: Yes by far one of the best monitors I have ever had. It's the clearest and brightest i've seen plus looking at the monitor is very clear. The only down side is the stand! The monitor tends to wobble.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Summary: A friend told me about this monitor and once I seen his I wanted one. Bought one and then decided to get two more. Had these monitor for about 2 month now and could not be happier. They are great. I would recommend to other, if they are looking for a quality monitor that is great.
