Summary: Looks good, doesn't shake like other screens if you type pretty hard on a desk that isn't sturdy. Half of the screen experiences burn in 12 months later, makes it really annoying if you're playing games or need colour accuracy.. Good thing there's a 24 month warranty from LG.
Summary: The main thing that made me buy this was the thin bezel but it has a 5 mm bezel not really show in the pictures . other than that this is a great monitor for gaming or just general use has 2 hdmi ports and 1 VGA . Thinness of the monitor is 1.4cm .
Summary: A quick disclosure, I haven't had the monitor too long, around a week now. Addressing what people keep on talking about; the bezel. The bezel surrounding the glass is extremely thin and it does look fantastic.
Summary: Very good value for an IPS screen, but the stand is very weak and wobbles at the slightest touch. My main monitor is an old HP LP2065 (IPS) which has a very solid professional stand & better blacks compared to LG screen, for me I think the Dell U2312HM or U2412M would have been worth the extra cost.
Summary: Bought 2 of those. They are the best thing for multimonitor setup. The bezel is thin and it feels like its one big screen using my setup. One of them came with a dead pixel though. Amazon was happy to replace, so was the local LG service center. :)

Summary: I am no expert so don't ask me about colour bleeds, deep blacks etc I chose it for a couple of reasons: .... A friend has a slightly older model which has been reliable, has a good picture and he felt was good value for money ....
Summary: I am taking one star away as there is no VESA mount, which is somewhat disappointing. Otherwise taking this star away does seem a little mean, for what is otherwise a good monitor. I am only able to detect minor non-bothersome backlight bleed, which some reviewers have mentioned on this model.
