Summary: When I've seeing ad for this monitor first time I've realized that I have to have it! Unbelievably thin bezel! This thing along worth it. In addition it is IPS! I should not believe it. When first unpacked it feels cheaper than on the pictures. I thought that allot of new electronics feels cheaper because heft no longer there - less material makes it affordable. At least super thin bezel is there. I did attach stand.
A solid monitor, with great upsides, and some downsides as well ... read on:

Summary: This monitor is great. I feel like I am staring into another universe when using it. Doesn't feel like I am looking at a screen. It looks nice, especially when turned off (because the bezel looks so thin... its not actually that thin). The color is great. Pictures I have seen for years all of a sudden look better, Like I am seeing them for the first time (and my last monitor wasnt even bad... it just wasn't IPS i guess) It is nice and thin as well.
Summary: If a 23" HD is what you need then LG's IPS237L-BN could be exactly what you are looking for. It supports the 1920x1080 resolution, the colors are as sharp and vibrant as I've seen in any LED and it comes with a super-thin bezel design. The main input is, of course HDMI but it also has a D-Sub in and a headphone out port in the back.
Summary: Looks good, doesn't shake like other screens if you type pretty hard on a desk that isn't sturdy. Half of the screen experiences burn in 12 months later, makes it really annoying if you're playing games or need colour accuracy.. Good thing there's a 24 month warranty from LG.
Summary: TV bezel is thinner in the picture than in real life. I was sent a model with a European plug instead of a UK plug. Retailer sent me incorrect power adapters. Kept on telling me it's the correct one when it wasn't - had to send many emails before getting a partial refund. And I couldn't even use the monitor because I didn't have an adapter all that time!
