Summary: I gave it 4 stars , not 5 stars, because I have found that when I tired to tilt it back 15 degrees, it does not respond to that, no idea why! and it returns to its current default position again, I fixed this issue by putting a small piece of foam in between the monitor and the stand.
Summary: Monitor has performed good. No problems so far. True 1080p. 3D is good but not great. The passive glasses make it easy to watch 3D. I personally prefer passive glasses over active glasses. My only negative about it is it only has 1 HDMI input.
Summary: Chromatic aberration when prescription glasses are worn exposes very faint horizontal lines from the polarization filter used for 3D and the viewer is looking head on. This is easily proven by tilting ones head to the side then looking back with a straight neck.
Pros: Inexpensive for IPS panel Good color rendition
Summary: LG's passive 3D is definitely the way to go. I have never seen a ghost or crosstalk and the 3D glasses(included) are comfortable and cause no discomfort. Thank you LG for making an excellent product.
Summary: I love this display, I bought it at PC Richards (highly recommend them). Beware, LG is shipping the WRONG GLASSES ("LG 3D glasses" FPG-200F) which work but give you purple ghosting. Either complain and try to get the "LG 3D MONITOR Glasses" or you can buy the glasses made for the Zalman monitor.
Summary: The expert review is incorrect, you do not have to keep your head still at all. This is true with the Nintendo 3DS but with this monitor the glasses direct the information to each eye. I shift position as I'm playing and the 3D image remains and does not blur.
Pros: Good 3D effect, works with PC, PS3 and Xbox 360
Summary: I hope I am not repeating what others have said in reviews. I did not read the others before writing this one. The advertisement of a 1080P monitor with passive 3D is misleading. The 3D picture is achieved by using interlaced lines of alternating polarization.
Summary: It's a totally new experience, worth to get this monitor rather than a $50 cheaper 2D
Pros: Good quality 2d monitor, very bright LED, I have mine at around 50% brightness, so it only uses 20w of power probably. The stand is not adjustable, that's a minus for me, I had to put a shelf thing under it to make it a little taller. 3D is good, you can see that the vertical resolution has been ...
Cons: Can't adjust the hight of the stand, I didn't know how much that sucks until you don't have it
