Summary: I recently purchased this monitor as an upgrade to my home computer system; which I mostly use for gaming and here is a quick low down on what you need to know. Pros: 1) Amazing color and resolution.
Summary: I had been eyeing this ever since I saw this at Best Buy. As a person that enjoys multi tasking its something I'd say to check out. It works really well with my photography and I've been happy with it while I play some games online. The built in speakers wasn't a bad add-on.
Summary: I got this screen so I could view my dual monitors at the office while working remotely on my laptop. They don't fit exactly but I'm not sure there is a screen wide enough to accommodate that. Its been a huge help. The software it came with makes splitting the screen quick and easy, also.
Summary: My GF had this monitor and I fell in love with it the moment I was able to use it. The widescreen adds much more room to work. I am a filmmaker so editing, surfing the web, doing graphics, etc is a constant task. This allows for it all and more with ease. I recommend if you want more productivity.
Summary: Great monitor for multitasking. I use it with the screen split in two connected to my MacBook Air. I have two browsers open at the same time side by side, for two different aspects of my two jobs.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Summary: This is most definitely my favorite monitor out of all the ones I've ever used. It's great for desktop use and fantastic for gaming. I've found that even some older games like the PC version of Jet Set Radio and Sonic Adventure 2 support 2560x1080, which really surprised me.
