Summary: Came home and found that the stand was broken and the panel laying on the desk. The cheap piece of plastic that attaches to the panel suffers from fatigue and will snap. No luck getting a warranty replacement from LG.
Summary: I am very happy with this monitor. Colors are great and I love the screen size. I started taking pictures in 16 by 9 and the detail is fantastic on this monitor. I especially like the READER Mode when I read a Kindle book.
Summary: Ive only been using it for about a week but so far so good. nice color and displays the shadows in my games like a dream.. not only shadows but everything overall is awesome, I only regret that it does not have speakers.
Summary: I have two. Im a part-time photographer, and have had these for about a year. I bought these becasue I have been wanting to jump to 27" for a while. What can I say, colors and dynamic range are pretty accurate.
Summary: The monitor itself was great. The awful quality of the stand that it comes with really drags down the overall rating of the product. I noticed my monitor leaning slightly to the left and after some investigation, the plastic was starting to wear down to the point of breaking.
Summary: Stand is so cheap quality, everything is nice with design, how design people think this cheap quality stand will withstand the weight and angular motion of this monitor... mine already broken....
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Summary: I have 3 of these on my trading computer and they run all day all week. Performance wise I havent had any trouble with them at all however they are only 4 months old. I am not a picky gamer or graphic artist, I use them to display my trading chart, internet browser and movies etc. general use.
Summary: For the monitor alone I would have said it was a great investment, but just a little over a year after I bought it, out of nowhere, the monitor falls from its stand. The problem seems to be the cheap piece of plastic that connects the monitor to the stand.
