Summary: I bought this for my mother because her job requires her to work at home sometimes when she's not at her office. She just turned 47 and her eyesight isn't the best and she uses a 10" netbook to work on at home and she needed something she could see a little better.
Pros: 1: excellent price, I got it on sale for $99 2: colors are vibrant and blacks are black. It's what you'd expect from a standard ips. It's just as good as my Samsung 27" 2560x1440 pls monitor I use from what I can tell but I don't do any type of work on it involving the need for color accuracy so I'm not as experienced in that as some people are. 3: bezels aren't thick 4: haven't noticed any ghosting or anything during gaming 5: can overclock to 96hz no problem
Cons: Inputs are lacking. Only one vga and one hdmi
Pros: It seems like a decent monitor for the price.
Cons: This is not a 22" monitor. It is a '22" class' monitor. The monitor measures 21.5" from corner to corner. If you are getting this monitor to put together a dual monitor setup, make sure that you are matching the screen sizes.
Very good looks and performance, but missing height adjustment

Summary: Pros: The monitor works fine, the colors are nice and contrast is too. Is sleek super slim and looks great ;) There is a reader mode that will make everything look horrible if you activate it ( decreases brightness and opaque everything ) so turn that off. It lets you tweak the response time and looks very good.
Pros: 1) Looks quite high. I'm not that experienced with monitors but I'm certainly satisfied with the display's visual-wise 2) Easy to set up. Shipped quickly 3) Very cheap ($99 when I bought it)
Cons: NEEDS CALIBRATION. This monitor, when it first came in, looked absolutely awful. Colors were completely off. It was absolutely horrible. Here are the settings I found that made it look a LOT better. 1) Brightness: 75 2) Contrast: 70 3) Black Level: High (THIS ONE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT. THIS MONITOR LOOKS LIKE GARBAGE WHEN BLACK LEVEL IS SET TO LOW) 4) Gamma: Gamma1 (this is the middle option) Once these settings were applied, the monitor looks much better. Before then...
Summary: Possible the monitor is just defective. However since this monitor is to replace another LG monitor, I'm uncertain if I should replace it or go with another brand.
Pros: It worked. Calibration issues can be sorted out. Name Brand. Extremely light weight!! (unsure if that's a good thing)
Cons: Maybe it's bad luck, but this monitor has been plagued with issues. 1) The color was all off. Monitors always need calibration, but you rarely expect one to arrive with a sickening green tint to everything. 2) Since this monitor doesn't have an dvi connection, and many graphics cards don't have the old vga connections as an option anymore, You may have a problem. This monitor only comes with a vga cord, you have to ensure you have a cord ready to go since it also fail...
Summary: My only complaint after ordering 3 of these monitors is the low brightness and large range in brightness. My Spyder 3 Elite came up with 116, 132, and 155 on the cd/m2 measurement. A far cry from the listed 250 cd/m2. It's like they are already 2 years old.
Cons: Screen fades from time to time - during a darker scene of a movie for example - and there's no way to change it or turn it off. Also the screen is really dull compared to a normal laptop screen (MBA) and as a result makes it harder to use without straining your eyes. Pay a little more and get a better quality monitor!
