Summary: Just picked up this monitor and it's a case of you get what you pay for. I used it for a VESA desk mount. The two major points I want to make are: 1. There's no instruction on how to remove the base mount point. I wasted a ton of time worrying about breaking it before I figured it out. Remove the two screws at the bottom and the screw in the input area. Then grab the base mount and slowly but firmly pull the backing plastic off. It will unclip/snap off.
Pros: Cheap, Fairly Sleek, Bright
Cons: Horrible viewing angles, Text not super clear, A little too bright, Unintuitive base removal
Summary: I'm rating this based on it's price, seriously... 2 for 100$ each when I bought them... it doesn't get much better for the price. The 22EAA63 is what I use for my center monitor, it has way more features and a slightly better image (being IPS and whatnot). These monitors lack 'super resolution' and some color correction functions that the 22EA63 has, but they are also $30 cheaper, so I can't complain. On the fence? get them. Period.
