Summary: The highest praise I can give this monitor is that I can't really distinguish it from my iMac's screen, after adjusting the green down just a hair. The HDMI audio feature is nice too, not because it has awesome speakers (I have no idea) but because it has an audio-out port, allowing me to use a single cable to "dock" my laptop's audio and video. I thought I would be annoyed at the red and grey LG logo, but it really isn't visible when using the display.
Summary: This is a super good unit, and at this price, simply amazing. Too bad I had to find it cheaper at a brick and mortor store called Bestbuy. They have these for $139.00, tax free, in Oregon. So, with tax, this would have cost me $159.00 to get it here. That's $20.00 more then I paid at Bestbuy. I say this, not to bash Amazon, or to brag, but to maybe make them aware that the price war they have going with Bestbuy, is not working to their favor in many cases.
Summary: No dead pixels, No weird thing going on with the graphics, excellent color. That is how I describe this monitor. I was originally going to get an 24 inch monitor by ASUS, and just happened to go with this monitor on a whim. My last monitor was slowly dying and it was an LG that lasted four years so, I figured "why not another one". I bought this monitor (24 inch model) from office depot since no one was selling it on amazon at the time.
