Awesome

ceegan10, Ebay
4 December 2013
  • Summary: This thing is awesome. I bought it to use with my surface pro. Picture is bright and clear. I use a regular mini USB rather than the y cable it came with and works fine. Built in kick stand and LCD cover is a nice touch.

Very great compact and usable monitor. A must have for students.

gtsouth, Ebay
28 October 2013
  • Summary: I really love this Monitor. I find it essential when in school and doing homework. Being under two pounds and compact makes it so you don't even know it is in your bag. The added feature of being powered through the USB port is also nice. No clutter from an extra power cable. Five stars all the way.

I recommend this monitor!!!

Tim V., Amazon
23 August 2013
  • Summary: This is a great monitor. It is light weight and easy to travel with and runs on USB power. The picture is just as good as on my Lenovo thinkpad. (Just as bright as well) for this price, there is no question, I definitely recommend this monitor.

Works great for Mac but be warned

Corte Maderan, Amazon
16 August 2013
  • Summary: First the warning to Mac users: you need to install 3rd party software to make it work. I'd seen that in other reviews but the links were deleted. The software from DisplayLink is easy to install. There is not a link from the Lenovo website and I was suspicious but it seems to work fine. The monitor is just what I wanted: light, no additional power supply required, easy to use and it looks fine (though not as good as the Mac's own). Low cost, as well.

Kenneth Cooke, Amazon
9 August 2013
  • Summary: Easy to set up and powers off of one USB port. Desktop switches back to normal mode (WIN8) without any difficulty if I don't use the additional screen with my system.

Perfect for my needs

skip, Amazon
28 July 2013
  • Summary: I got this monitor bc I don't have space for a permanent monitor and my high end Lenovo tablet laptop has only a stingy 720p resolution, which is lousy for todays standards considering many tablets are already offering HD resolutions on smaller screens. Anyway, this monitor fills the void and stores away easily when not needed (which is most of the times).

Great product

Daniel Buckley, Amazon
27 July 2013
  • Summary: I looked at several other solutions, and decided to go with the Lenovo. I have been using it for about 6 weeks and it is performing beautifully. It works with my desktop and laptop. I've had no technical issues whatsoever. I travel for work, and I love that it is so thin and light. When they make a 16 inch model I will be first in line to buy it.

Works Awesome

Rorik Larson, Amazon
16 July 2013
  • Summary: Great addition to use with my laptop while traveling and with clients. Highly recommend. Fits in laptop bag well. Didn't need the software just plugged in and let windows do it's magic for drivers.

Great for those on the go

Mark Branaman, Amazon
9 July 2013
  • Summary: I use a Samsung ATIV 700T which is a great little tablet/computer and travel extensively. I stress "little" because the screen is small. The Lenovo monitor works great for when I am sitting in an airport or hotel room for being able to comfortably view documents, spreadsheets, emails, or the internet. Just hook it into a USB port and I'm good to go. The video play back is passable but, obviously, not as great as a powered monitor.
