The unbelievable 1000:1 contrast ratio allows images details to be highlighted, with more intricate gradations of black, shades of light and innumerable color variations. The HP w2408 also has a response rate of 5 milliseconds, making it highly suited for fast-paced gaming or action-packed movies. The contrast ratio is by far the most important thing to look for when you are buying a display. Resolution, response time, size etc. don't matter if you can't see what you're supposed too. Plz include it in the reviews. Read more
