Of course, no rose garden is ever complete without a few bugs. HP's MyDisplay software needs some more work in our opinion. It has few screens that can be accessed properly and doesn't instill confidence. The w2207's built-in speakers are tinny, lacking any punch, and are at best a means to make sure your PC's sound is functional before pluggin in standalone speakers. Input connections consist of only VGA or a single DVD-D, while their larger monitor Read more

Overall, if the HP w2207h finds its way into your home or office, you'll most likely be happy with it. Just be prepared to buy a DVI adaptor. Read more
The 22in HP w2207h has all the features you could want in a good monitor. It comes through with great image quality, particularly with text, and it provides tilt, pivot, swivel and height adjustments. Read more
The HP 2207h is the best display I've ever owned (or used, for that matter), and I've been a graphics professional for almost 20 years. I've been using mine for 3 years and I only wish I could find one or two more -- just for backups. Great color, striking contrast and image clarity, impeccably crisp text. I've used dozens of Samsungs, Sonys, ViewSonics, and Dells, and in my opinion, none has matched the overall image quality of this display. Read more
I ended up doing about 16 hours (and I'm not overestimating) of research for monitors. I chose the HP w2207h over all of the others b/c of the amazing adjustable stand and the beauty (clarity and brightness) compared to the others. I decided on going with the HP w2207h over the w2408h b/c the 24" was just too big for my every day computing needs. I use this for gaming and movies also. Read more
I got this from HP as a refurb about 2 years ago, and paired it with a Mac Mini. I love the look, which comes close to the iMac aesthetic (glossy black bezel, aluminum stand, cabling out of sight), and based on my experience I can strongly recommend it to anyone with a Mini. One caveat, if you have a shallow desk, is that the stand is a bit on the deep side: the front of the screen will be at least ten inches from the back wall. Read more
I got two of these to replace my two 19" non-wide screen LCD's I use everyday on my PC. The look great and no dead pixels! The hieght and angle adjustments are great. The swivel to portrait mode is kinda neat but I don't use it. Very please with the purchase. Read more
Believe me you can't go wrong with this thing. The price point is awesome. The pic is just beautiful. I love Newegg to death but they need to adjust the price on this one to be comptitive with the factory closeout. The new hp's are going to be slightly different sizes but the prices seem to be better. The 22" is now a 21.5 inch and I have seen them locally for $219. Initial quality seems comparable but I don't own one of those. Read more
