Summary: Screen is a bit easy to scratch......REALLY EASY TO SCRATCH! My stupid friend put a scratch on it trying to unfold the stand that comes with it (whoever designed the stand for this thing needs to seriously rethink having children if they don't understand fragile). Would cautiously buy again.
Summary: A pretty cheap monitor that works pretty well. However, because of the unusual resolution for its size, if you want to get an identical second monitor (as I did), you might have to get the same one.
Summary: I own three of these monitors. That tells you just how much I like this product. The monitors are very bright, the colors are very vivid. They were very easy to assemble (basically this is attaching the base). All three of mine came with both DVI, VGA & sound cables. The built in speakers are clear, but not very loud even at full volume. I do wish that you could adjust the height of the monitor, not just the viewing angle. Other reviews have mentioned the base.
Summary: I purchased this HP monitor a few months ago. I was originally looking at the LG or Samsung. This model had the glossy screen and was cheaper. I always check out the reviews on Amazon, even though I didn't buy it from them. I did get a DVI cable with this, however I am not using it right now and the picture is still way beyond my old CRT or the LCD I have at work.
Summary: Update 12/30/2008: I have since upgraded my video card which solved the problem with the DVI connection. Still love my monitor, would probably go for a 24" next time. Update 1/19/2008: I hold new appreciation for my HP. I recently purchased a glossy screen Dell S1999WFP 19" monitor to use with a TV tuner and an old computer. The HP is superior in every respect.
Summary: This monitor is great for the price bought it for my kids graduation and he loves it, could be a little more user friendly with the volume but my kid doesnt read instructions but other then that this monitor is a good bang for the buck
Summary: HP"s 20" flat screen delivers outstanding performance. The images are clear and the colors true. However, the aspect ratio (the screen is wider than it is high) takes some getting use to. On balance, I'm very pleased with the product and Amazon's service.
Summary: I bought this monitor as an upgrade from a CRT, although now I wish I had purchased it with a bundle; would have saved a bit, I think! However, as it is I really like it! I like the sleep feature; saves me from having to make the extra effort to turn the monitor and the computer off. The setup was really self explanatory, I simply read the instructions, matched my setup with the illustrations, hooked it up, plugged it in, and I was off!
Summary: I bought two of these units several months ago for my video editing suite. My computer's graphics card was a little out dated so I needed an upgrade to have both of them hooked up. Now that they are up and working I'm very happy. Beats my old CRT monitors. The price and performance for the W2007 is unbeatable and unbelievable.
