Summary: This is a great monitor. But when I asked for the dimentions, it seemed that the screen would be much bigger. It listed the entire size sitting on the stand. I would have gotten the 27" . Keep that in mind.
Summary: Play lots of game on computer and with this size monitor NO problem. Couldn't be happier with the product. If you are looking for a nice size monitor, this 25" is fabulous. Very clear and bright.
Summary: In a dark room, this monitor presents some of the most vibrant colors, and smoothest crystal clear images I've ever seen. However, if you put it in a room with sunlight, the light will undoubtedly make very noticeable reflections off of the screen. The glare occurs because there is glass in front of the LCD, which otherwise looks sleek. Other than that, this monitor is very skinny and stylish.
Summary: This monitor is great and quite versatile. I actually bought 4 of them, three 25xi, and one 23xi. I find the features to be very well balanced, especially at this price. They are very thin, the image quality is great, and weight as much as a feather. HDMI and/or DVI are really the only connectivity options needed these days, so I'm happy not to have paid for any additional features that I don't use.
Summary: with one caveat. The surface is glossy and is reflective. Perhaps colors are truer, blacks are more nearly true black etc. But if it were set facing a window for instance, it might be unsatisfactory.
Summary: This is a good monitor. It's good, but it isn't great or amazing. It's only 1080p at 25 inches, so you can see pixels if you look close enough (with good eyes only a foot away and you can see pixels really). I wouldnt suggest going over 23in at 1080p if youre picky. If you don't care though or want to go cheap then this is a good monitor. It's not bezel-less, but the bezels are smaller than average.
Summary: My wife has an iMac 27 inch and I have a MacBook Pro. After going to Best Buy and checking out the 27 inch thunderbolt display I could not seem to muster up the strength to pay so much for display. After leaving Best Buy, I logged onto Amazon and started checking out monitors. I was looking for A glossy monitor with aesthetic appeal similar to Apple products. When I was done with my search I decided on this HP 25 inch monitor, and I'm so glad I did.
Summary: Nice monitor all the way around. LED capacitive touch buttons on the bottom bezel are large and sensitive enough to work the first time you touch them without multiple tries. If your eyes are burnt out from years of viewing extra bright monitors, this is the monitor for you. Although the monitor is somewhat bright, it's not eye-burning bright and it will give your eyes the healing they need. It's easy to set up and no need for calibration if used for media and gaming.
Summary: I bought this monitor to sit next to my iMac. My selection criteria was: I wanted another IPS display, but didn't necessarily need another high-resolution 27" like the iMac. I play around with photos and video, but I didn't need (or want) to spend a thousand dollars on the Apple display. I'm very pleased with the brightness and contrast out of the box. In the end I bought a color calibrator and was able to make both monitors match for my eyes.
