Half the screen is grey after almost 2 years.
5 August 2015
Summary: Was a great monitor for almost 2 years but it seems to have a high rate of failure based on research I've done since having my issue. The issue is all of the sudden the left side of the screen is showing what appears to be dying and it's all greyish and showing what appears to be the scan lines.
Good display, lacks VESA compliancy and CANNOT adjust height... unlike other monitors

Summary: The monitor is great. But, whoever designed this forgot to make this 'VESA' compliant, they remembered to make it very light weight et al, I have to buy an off-market adapter paying $25.00 extra.
No discoloration, but plenty of other major problems.

Summary: Like most other reviewers, I thought this monitor was awesome, for a while. After about 2 years, I'm not seeing discoloration, but the monitor's software itself is freezing often. The buttons stop responding, and any menus on the screen permanently stay there.
Only buy if you need it for a year or less. Otherwise, get used to 1/3 of screen being sickly green.

Summary: If your favorite color is sickly green and you just can't get enough, or if you only need a decent monitor for about a year, and plan to upgrade this is the way to go. I was neither of those. After 1 year, you WILL get horizontal green lines on the left third of the monitor.
Excerpt: I bought 2 of them at Staple Oct last year 2013, one of them stop working today. The warranty is just expired so up set right now. I'm using dual monitors so might have to buy exactly the same one. I like these monitors a lot; text is very sharp an clear - color is vivid - very good looking monitor.
Summary: Aesthetically this monitor is amazing. The display is brilliant. Viewing angles are perfect as well. This a monitor that I would like to keep in my living room because it looks so good. The problem: The screen started flickering and showing watermark of my desktop on all screens.
Summary: Buy this at your own risk. I talked to customer support for an hour and they just wanted to give me a refurbished model for a ridiculous price. It really is too bad. I thought they were a different company but this proves me wrong.
Pros: It has a crisp picture and easy to use UI.
Cons: It only lasted 1 year. Literally. 5 days out of warranty the right side of the screen went green.
Summary: Back light died after 1 yr and 4 months. I never liked the monitor that much, but it was nice while it lasted. The text was hard to read for some reason no matter how much I adjusted the settings.
