No discoloration, but plenty of other major problems.

Summary: Like most other reviewers, I thought this monitor was awesome, for a while. After about 2 years, I'm not seeing discoloration, but the monitor's software itself is freezing often. The buttons stop responding, and any menus on the screen permanently stay there.
Summary: Works well. It was bought to work with another HP 23xi unit so two monitors could work together providing separate programs. The older one is set up using a special games card. So for this one we had to get an adapter that allowed us to connect via a USB port. .
Most suggest stupid things like making sure the cables are properly connected

Summary: I have an HP Pavilion 23xi. The right 1/3 of the screen has gone pink. I started researching online and found that a LOT of people are having this problem, usually just after the 1 year warranty has expired.
Excerpt: I bought this monitor to accompany my new Mac Mini, and so far, so good. I have read in reviews [*]n that people have gotten spotty green screens after a year or two. I personally haven't seen that yet, but bear in mind that mine is only a couple weeks old.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Never Freezes, Powerful, Quiet, Versatile
