Solid versatile stand, but buggy firmware

orwin, epinions.com
16 March 2011
  • Summary: A good choice for desktop publishers, or accountants that like the ability to rotate their display, but delicate buttons may not be suitable for all environments.
  • Pros: Solid base construction with many mounting and adjustable settings make this monitor very versatile.
  • Cons: Cheap control panel buttons and buggy firmware in some units.

pretty average - durable but no blacks, only grey, and edges out of sync

Hubert Farnsworth, Amazon

  • Summary: My title says it all. It's durable and works. The blacks are not deep black, they're grey, no matter how much you tweak the brightness and contrast. Also, the edges on one side are out of sync, meaning words and pictures look clear in the middle but fuzzy on the side. You can adjust the horizontal clock phase but it just moves the fuzzy section over to the middle. Skip this monitor if you can.
