Summary: Great monitor. I appreciate that it can turn portrait. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to store two different settings, such as bright, high contrast setting (for games) and a dimmer, low contrast setting (for reading).
Oldie but goodie - glad to find it available as a refurb

Summary: We've had one of these monitors for around five years; my husband decided to switch from laptop to tower, and so I searched for another HP LP2465. He loves it. It's solidly built, excellent quality, and the center column which allows height adjustment is also totally solid.
Summary: Love it - run it with an Nvidia VGA card under Fedora 16. Works great. Hard to find a decent price on a large monitor like this that'll do higher than 1080 vertical resolution. This one does 1200. I run it at 1920x1200. Recommended.
Summary: First off, the image is very, very good. It's clear and bright from multiple viewing angles. If you only plan on using a single video source, this is a very good monitor. That said, if you plan on using this monitor with two video sources, be prepared for slow switching between video sources.
Summary: I am a radiologist and very picky on monitor appearance and routinely read images off of 3 and yes 5 MP monitors! I have had two of these monitors and an Acer hooked up to two Nvidia Quadro FX 560 video cards on a souped up HP sysstem for 4 months.
Summary: I was skeptical about purchasing a used monitor from Amazon.com. I have an older imac (okay, an ancient imac) and the monitor was starting to go on this, even though everything else was just fine.
