What a complete disaster. The first monitor I bought ...

Summary: What a complete disaster. The first monitor I bought didn't work at all so I returned it. The replacement worked for all of six months. It was no longer not covered by their 60 day warranty. Needless to say I will not be buying from them again.
Summary: This 19-inch model is perfect for general office work. It has a very heavy (metal based) stand for its size. Excellent color, resolution and response. These 4:3 aspect ration LCD monitors are better for text and more convenient for spreadsheets. Of course, wide screen movies are letterboxed.
Summary: I agree with the other reviewer (moose) that this is a good monitor. My company uses numerous of these monitors (in pairs) for dual-monitor workstations. The bevel is thin and not distracting. Color, contrast, etc. are good for computer programming work.
Summary: This 19 inch monitor is perfect for a home office. The screen is matte, which reduces glare, but has the effect of slightly dimming brightness relative to the newest widescreen LCD's that don't have a matte finish. The monitor is plenty bright, just not as bright as monitors without a matte finish.
