Summary: The venerable HPLI1940 is on of my favorite monitor for a number of reasons - but mostly for it's great solid mouting and base. That part was okay with the monitor I received but the screen was as rough as any I've seen.
Summary: I paid the extra few dollars for the "Like New" monitor. When it arrived it did look like new, aside from a little dust. There were no scrapes or external problems. It didn't come with a power cord. It did come with a standard VGA monitor cable.
Summary: Although prices of LCD monitors continue to drop, the quality of these devices has been gradually increasing. However, when you purchase a bargain priced monitor you can't expect high-end performance. A good example of this fact is the L1940T monitor made by HP.
