Great resolution, touch screen could use some work
22 January 2013
Summary: The screen on this provides crystal clear resolution. It was easy to set up and connect my BrightSign unit to it to run the interactive display at our retail location, but I noticed that some times I have to touch the screen more than once to activate it.
Summary: Be aware that you get what you pay for. As an inexpensive monitor that has "multi-touch," this is as described. However, there are some pretty sad facts about this thing. First, "multi" only means more than one. As in two. This monitor only accepts two touches total.
Summary: The monitor has a very nice and clear HD display. I have no complaints with it's quality. However the touch feature doesn't work with Windows 8 and that's really why I bought it. I have a Samsung Slate 7 PC Tablet with Windows 8 Consumer Preview installed.
Summary: After checking on multiple computers (Windows 7 and XP) I figured the monitor was DOA. I contacted HP and they were helpful in getting a replacement monitor sent to me. All it took was 3 hours on the phone with 5 different people.
