Summary: This monitor has great picture. I was very happy with it, when I used it with my desktop - and I wasn't planning to use it for anything else. But it has such a nice picture, I decided to use it with my Xbox. Hello more cords and adapters so I could have sound. When the TV finally died, I thought I'd use the shiny monitor with my DVD player. Hello screaming frustration, because sound is pretty nice when watching movies.
Summary: I bought this LED monitor because I didn't feel the need to get a huge 1080p TV that will be out dated by 4k. With that said this monitor comes with one HDMI input and your standard DVI and that one other input that I can't even remember the name of. I mainly use this monitor with my PS3 and it has served me well although I did notice some screen bleeding in the lower right hand side of the screen.
Summary: I am very satisfied with this monitor in size for videophone calls especially for deaf communication. High resolution enough to clear the picture of websites, photo images and video camera. I appreciate the quality of HP monitor from my purchase order.
Summary: I just switched from film to digital photography about 14 months ago. After purchasing a lot of expensive camera equipment, I didn't want to sink a lot of money into a monitor so I thought this one was "reasonable". I also purchased a spider4elite for calibration. My entire flow is from a Canon 5D Mark II, this monitor, Lightroom 5.3 and Photoshop CC with an Epson 3880 Printer. I am making stunning prints with this workflow for the type of photography that I do.
Summary: I have 2 of these--one for home and one for the office. I've had them for a couple of years now. The size is great--I literally get compliments every day at work, and people saying they wish they had one this size--and the clarity is perfect. Setting an HD wallpaper looks stunning, and there is plenty of real estate at home for watching movies, or at work for seeing multiple windows. Never had dead pixel problems or anything on either in years.
Summary: I've had this for about a year now. I have a laptop and wanted a larger display for my photography editing. It's so clear, sharp and beautiful, that I sent away my company issued monitors and use this one instead. The size is simply fantastic, watching videos online is now fun, instead of hunched over. Like any glass screen there will be reflections, but if you want crisp graphics, you need to use this type of monitor and put some blinds up or change the position...
