Summary: None of us use the touch screen and purchased this monitor just for the solid glass panel which makes it look like a very high end piece. It's glossy which i just love and even in a well lighted room it is no problem at all with images and videos almost popping off the screen.
Pros: Just an all around great solid monitor with amazing color and clarity. No image issues at all.
Cons: Not much of a con and no egg off for this but it sure would have been nice if HP put the monitor adjustment buttons on the lower right front panel for easy access instead on the side where it's just not that easy to access and play around with. Would also be nice if the warranty was longer than j...
Summary: I bought this as a refurb from Newegg. The control panel indicates 0 hours on the backlight and the box was missing an HDMI cable and cable cover. No big whoop. Nice sharp colors, a little bit of white spilling from the corners when testing all-black.
Summary: Seems to perform as I expected. Only reason for not a 5 rating is the controls are on the lower right side, small; around back and in the dark, unreadable. No tactile ques provided. I have to use a light and mirrors due to screen placement... its a big screen.

Summary: Replaced my DEll E2014 touch screen with the HP 23TM. Setup connected to an HP Envy 700XT was fast and easy. I like the stand, speakers and clarity of the screen. It is joy to work Photo Shop Elements. I am glad I made the upgrade so is the wife who gets the Dell E2014 for a Win 8.1 Laptop.
Summary: Bought this for my dad for Father's Day and it's so much larger than expected! Great screen and resolution. Takes about 15-30 minutes to plug in and connect all the different wires, etc. We use the touchscreen mostly for easy scrolling.
Summary: For the price, it works great for me. I didn't find many other affordable options for a touchscreen monitor. It is large (with much area taken up by the borders/"case", as other reviewers have noted.
