Summary: Really nice Monitor, no Dead Pixcels that I have seen, the Black IS Black, not grey or brownish, White is also White - not blueish or Greyish, and it has great all round colour, easy to set up as well, took me about 20 minutes from start of undoing packaging to having it all plugged in and ready to use. Came extremely well packaged and well within the Allotted time.
Summary: OK, I haven't had this monitor for long, but am more than impressed at the moment... Purchased as the product is advertised as being fully Vista compatible (if anyone reading this has Vista, they will understand my concerns, as SO MANY pieces of hardware and software play up with this operating system). I am pleased to say that this monitor IS plug and play with vista, although I then loaded the monitor driver (provided) which improved things further.
Summary: I bought this monitor to replace my HannsG HQ191D 19" 4:3 LCD TFT Monitor. I find the widescreen format much easier on the eyes, able to use it for much longer periods of time without becoming tired. Both products reliable, easy to set up - just plug in and away you go! Excellent picture quality for both stills and movies. The 22" widescreen has the advantage of being able to work with two documents side by side. Comes with a very sturdy and stable base.
Summary: Amazon have asked me to review this product, but I can't. I ordered it over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. The sellers (ibasement, which mysteriously became Mobile Phone Gear) are blaming the post office.
Summary: Never having bought a separate monitor before I was a bit wary but I wanted a bigger screen. I read the other 2 reviews listed and thought - seems straightforward. It was. The instructions aren't too clear for a complete novice - I gained the impression I needed Vista before trying with XP. Then - an excellent picture with simple plug 'n play - no footerin'.
Summary: I thought I was ordering the HW223DP which has the USB facility. However I realise now that I don't need it! My PC is bristling with USB ports. So what I have is a BIG screen with simple controls (a bit too simple as I can't adjust the picture to my own likes, as it does all adjustments automatically, rendering manual adjustment redundant - so why have the buttons?). Set-up was utterly simple - plug and play - boom-boom! Certainly my best buy for a long time.
Summary: I've been looking for a larger screen for a while and searched quite a few in my price range and decided on the HannsG 22" 5ms DVI MM Black LCD Monitor although it dosen't state the warranty I guessed it would have the same as the other Hanns monitors, a 3yr. on site warranty, fortunately it has.
