Summary: Although the ad said "Used", this monitor appears brand new, which came along with all cords, warranty book and user guide. I previous had an old 15" Envision that I really loved which had a stand where you could adjust the height. To my dismay the stand snapped in half the other day.
Summary: I purchased the Envision en7410 17 in. lcd monitor in May, 2005 for a net cost after rebate of about $230. I loved it. It was my first flat screen. The display is bright and the resolution is excellent. Absolutely no problems until now.

Summary: The thing that bothered me most about this monitor is the dead pixels. I never knew such a problem existed until I bought this monitor. I get a new one about every month, and boy is it annoying.
Summary: Got this monitor from Staples for an okay price ($219). This monitor so far is great and does the job. I use it for working on office, net surfing, small PSP/Paintshop Pro work, etc. So far this monitor has performed great.
Summary: We bought 2 ENVISION 17" flat panel monitors for work, from Comp USA. BAD MOVE! The first one smoked after 35 days, and Comp USA wont exchange it after 21 days. They said we should have gotten the extended warranty! Ha, not even 30 for these babys.
