Summary: I had an issue with Amazon where my order was canceled and was completely removed from the system. I reordered all items thinking the original order didn't go through. I ended up getting a duplicate of this item. I explained what had happened in order to return the duplicate. Essentially, the vendor didn't care and refused to provide a return label plus I was advised of a 25% restocking fee. Truly apathetic. Will never buy from them again.
Summary: My monitor fell and the screen broke. I called the company for a replacement parts and they would not send me the replacements. I have lost my investment. I definitely would not recommend his brand to anyone.

Summary: My employer ordered one of these for me since the Dell ST220T touchscreen I have has somewhat poor touch response. I unpacked and plugged it into my laptop via VGA port / USB cable. The touchscreen mouse connectivity is not plug and play. You need to install drivers from the CD or the website. No restart was necessary. Had to assign correct display to the touchscreen via Win7 "Tablet PC" control panel (so annoying, how can Windows not figure this out on its own?).
