Summary: First time buying a touch screen online especially for a buisness but I had no choice I felt that every one locally was pretty expensive. So price is good the quality so far is pretty good I use it in a busy restaurant where we punch more than 500 orders a day on it. The resolution is great installing it was easy. I didn't give it a 5 stars just because I haven't use it for a year yet so let's wait and see. So far so good.

Summary: Plugged her in and started right up with no problems. As another reviewer has stated, a very good product, but touch screens are pretty common place now and wish the price would come down some.

Summary: These monitors are over priced. Now that touch screens are common on laptops and available for desktops, the price is way out of line. In addition, the picture is not that great. The colors are slightly washed-out, and no adjustment of the color, contract or color temp has made much of an improvement. It's useable, but for the cost, it should have a stellar image. It doesn't.
Summary: This unit was purchased as a replacement for a similar unit that lasted about 3 or 4 years in a bar/restaurant. Pros: High-quality, heavy construction, respected brand name for a business installation Cons: High price, questionable durability since the prior unit failed after just a few years. Other thoughts: The previous unit failed in the one spot where the workers were constantly touching the screen.
