the picture is not that great. The colors are slightly washed-out
3 July 2014
Summary: These monitors are over priced. Now that touch screens are common on laptops and available for desktops, the price is way out of line. In addition, the picture is not that great. The colors are slightly washed-out, and no adjustment of the color, contract or color temp has made much of an improvement. It's useable, but for the cost, it should have a stellar image. It doesn't.
Summary: This unit was purchased as a replacement for a similar unit that lasted about 3 or 4 years in a bar/restaurant. Pros: High-quality, heavy construction, respected brand name for a business installation Cons: High price, questionable durability since the prior unit failed after just a few years. Other thoughts: The previous unit failed in the one spot where the workers were constantly touching the screen.
Summary: Well, I use the touch screen to provide preventive maintenance to POS systems. The ELO touch screen are the most lasted, resisting abuse by POS cashiers. I don't have to do a touch screen recalibration, always works fine.
Summary: This is a nice touch Screen monitor , if you need a touch screen monitor that will last then you need to buy this Elo monitor , i have it setup in 4 restaurants and have no issues so far. Great buy.
Summary: I'm giving it a one because it didn't work when it arrived. I got it rather quickly, but I did pick the quicker shipping method. I even called the ELO tech support # and he couldn't even get me to get it to turn on. He considered it a bad unit. I know sometimes things don't work with electronics when you get them. I have shipped it back. I've never used this monitor so I don't know if it is a good touch screen or not.
Summary: Sorry this review is late I was on vacation very happy with the monitor and now I have to have at least 100 words to complete this form sounds like they want me to make stuff up ebay if I have one word thats what I have should NOT be a minimum.
