The EIZON FlexScan T2351W is a monitor that supports multitouch capabilities of Windows 7 and features a VA (vertical alignment) panel with a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080. The 23-inch screen allows users to navigate their way around the system through actions such as tapping, scrolling, dragging, pinching, spinning, etc. The wide horizontal and vertical viewing angles of 178° also allows up to two people to view the screen while sitting side-by-side such as in a school setting. The monitor has a brightness of 265 cd/m2 and contrast ratio is 3000:1.

Features

The FlexScan T2351W is designed with a cabinet featuring a “LaidBack” stand where the bottom of the bezel rests on the desktop like a notebook PC and tilts back in six stages from 15° to 65°. This allows the user to look almost directly down at the screen and touch it without having to extend his/her arm. The monitor supports touch panel technology with optical imaging technology which accepts input from a bare or gloved hand as well as a touch pen. The monitor has a non-scratch touch surface made of reinforced glass with a hardness of 6 Mohs, DVI-D and D-Sub inputs which allow the FlexScan T2351W to be connected to PCs with digital and analog graphics boards respectively; HDMI input for full HD connectivity with audio-visual devices such as gaming consoles and Blu-ray disc players. The monitor also features six preset modes: Paper mode which simulates printed paper and is included to help prevent eyestrain when reading textbooks or novels in ebook format or documents; Game mode which activates two EIZO features called “Power Resolution” and “Power Gamma” for optimized image and amplifies the feeling of contrast to make them look more three dimensional; Cinema mode, sRGB mode and two other customizable mode. Other features include a gray-to-gray response time of 7 ms and an input lag of less than one frame. Other additional features includes a 35 watt internal speaker and a headphone jack, Auto EcoView brightness sensor that reads the ambient lighting and adjusts the screen’s brightness to the ideal level, EcoView Index gauge that indicates power savings from using Auto EcoView, and is a EPEAT Gold, Energy Star 5.0, and TCO Displays 5.1 compliant device.
