Overbright and difficult to adjust for imaging purposes. Runs hot!

Summary: Extremely sharp imaging. Too bright by twice for matching monitor to color printer. Not able to adjust brightness to the level recommended by Datacolor Spyder4Pro. Photographers beware ------- NO BUILT-IN GAMMA ADJUSTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This monitor throws a lot of heat.
Summary: I really wanted this monitor to work, the unit itself is stylish. The menu system works pretty well, and is very slick with the touch sensitive "button-free" design on the side of the monitor. It has every kind of connector I could hope for and more, plus rotates 90 degrees.
Summary: For the price you might want to try other makers. I have a Dell 20" 2001FP which is still going strong but would not reccommend the U2410.
Pros: Color is beautiful 24" size is perfect Adjustment is versatile
Cons: Screen flashes intermittently after 10 minutes of being on. Very annoying. Seems to be the lcd backlight (not led). This didn't start until after 30 day Newegg return period. Dealing with Dell is a pain. Also, buttons are too easily activated.
Summary: Price is high - but I think the monitor stand and color matching are worth it.
Pros: DVI, HDMI & Display port options. Color Matching & Viewing Angle are impressive. Monitor Stand has a good range of adjustment.
Cons: Two Things. The Power button is in the worst spot. Bottom right. I nudge this thing constantly. Since, I am dual-monitor, this ruins the extended desktop setup and shoves my desktop onto my Cintiq. The adjustment buttons make an loud piercing screeching noise. This can be turned off by going deep...
if you own the good connectic, it is a good monitor for gamers

Summary: Good monitor apparently tested for now with an antic VGA connection I dont had any problem to set the color because i use a spectro colorimeter so things gone smoothly with it. Just behave about the connection cables you receive with it, for instance i received VGA connector and i am not able to...
Summary: All in all i could not justify buying this monitor again if i had to do it.If i had known that Dell's customer service sucked as bad as it does....nuh uh id buy the hp zr24w.Its sad that we spend this much money on a monitor to get slapped in the face with poor customer service.
Pros: The monitor itself is fine,no problems...very very minute green/pink tint issue but only in certain preset modes/brightness setting.turning up the brightness helps get rid of it.The colors are very vivid bright, not washed out or anything.
Cons: Maybe its just me but i found it hard to get the colors perfectly accurate but im not using a colorimeter.I feel its a bit over priced for what you get.I did receive the A04 revision so no dithering.Such a shame that this monitor is build by a company that doesnt support it properly.Ive spoken to...
Summary: Being the best 24" IPS monitor out there for the money, I too purchased this monitor in hopes of getting a good one. Too bad that didn't happen. My first issue was with the color profile not working with Photoshop, but a quick Google search fixed that (search betav3 ICC if you need the fix).
Summary: I'm a long-time Mac user and after I changed my iMac to MBPro I've started to sniff for a good external monitor. This particular model has very very bright screen 30cd/m2 brighter than Thunderbolt display but I still can't calibrate it to get the same picture I used to see on my previous Macs.
