Summary: This product is amazing. It promotes screens from old arcade units (15KHz scans) and Ataris, Amigas, and other old computers, as well as beautifully displaying graphics from my newer GeForce GPU enabled gaming machines. Not to mention the HDMI which plays vids on my Apple TV. Just a perfect monitor and great value.
What 24-inch monitor can you buy for under $1,000 that is better?
5 October 2014
Summary: A couple of years ago, I spent hours and hours researching what 24-inch monitor to purchase… And, it came down to the Dell UltraSharp U2410 and the ASUS PA246Q. Ultimately, the Dell U2410 and the ASUS PA246Q are so closely matched that I was having trouble deciding which one to purchase, so I purchased one of each. Sitting side-by-side in a dual monitor environment, it’s hard to favor one screen over the other.
Summary: Hi Def with great color. Had an excellent CRT, but this picture is a major improvement. Took a few false starts to figure out touch controls. Good pic from all angles and plenty bright. Heavy on reds out of the box, but accurate color once adjusted.
Overbright and difficult to adjust for imaging purposes. Runs hot!

Summary: Extremely sharp imaging. Too bright by twice for matching monitor to color printer. Not able to adjust brightness to the level recommended by Datacolor Spyder4Pro. Photographers beware ------- NO BUILT-IN GAMMA ADJUSTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This monitor throws a lot of heat. If you are a "pixel peeper" or otherwise place this monitor closer than about 18 inches from your face it is like looking into a blast furnace!
Amazing Monitor, I want a second! - Mac/PC Users Readme First!

Summary: I bought this to hook up to my 2009 Macbook Pro. It is the best monitor I ever had and I am a Samsung Fan through and through. It comes factory calibrated, which is why you pay the extra price, but is worth it. PC users - First install the drivers that came on the CD and reboot the computer.
Summary: This monitor has all the features that I was looking in a monitor: ips, 1920 X 1200, 16:10, hdmi port, 24" screen, and a good warrenty. The screen is brite and the colors are vivid. I turned the brightness down just a little because the screen was so brite when first turned on. I have not noticed any ips glow in any part of the monitor. The monitor is factory calibrated so no adjusting is necessary. The only minor grip I do have is the anti-glare screen.
Summary: Dell UltraSharp monitors are by far the best. You just have to make sure you get the right model, since some of them are called UltraSharp, but aren't really. This is one of the good ones. I have two. There are just so many inputs and other features that other monitors do not have. It even does picture in picture. Not to mention it's a very high end IPS display with very good color accuracy, which is great for artists of all kinds.
Summary: Hello potential U2410 monitor purchasers, this is an excellent monitor for several reasons, the resolution is 1900 x 1200 vs the usual monitors that are only 1900 by 1080, it makes a difference in detail of the screen. I use AutoCAD at home and the aspect ratio is excellent for this software, most screens are only 10" high (vertical), this measures 12.5" viewable screen, the specs that mfg's call out are not, I repeat NOT correct ior useful, they give a vertical height...
Summary: I bought this because I do photography and graphic design and I wanted something that would show accurate colors. It does the trick very well. I'm so happy with it I think I'm going to get a second one!
Summary: I really wanted this monitor to work, the unit itself is stylish. The menu system works pretty well, and is very slick with the touch sensitive "button-free" design on the side of the monitor. It has every kind of connector I could hope for and more, plus rotates 90 degrees. I guess that's pretty neat.
