Summary: BEWARE, Be aware..... Horrible to sit in front of.
Pros: Beautiful screen and color and detail, but.......
Cons: Beautiful monitor, However this CFL back-lit monitor produces so much radiant heat from the actual display face that it will chap the skin on your face and cause you to lay in stock in some brand of eye-drops. This is NOT the display for anything requiring close scrutiny, detail work, monitoring ...
If you can get this monitor for less than $200, go for it!

Summary: Iv had quite a few dell monitors over the years, and this one is by far the clearest, most vivid display i have ever owned! it has a plethora of inputs and advanced tweaking options for color balance, hue, tint, brightness, and contrast!
Summary: The only way to get better quality than the Dell UltraSharp U2410 is to spend a lot more money — if you need a 24-inch, are on a budget but still need great quality images, we can wholeheartedly recommend this screen.
Summary: This product is amazing. It promotes screens from old arcade units (15KHz scans) and Ataris, Amigas, and other old computers, as well as beautifully displaying graphics from my newer GeForce GPU enabled gaming machines. Not to mention the HDMI which plays vids on my Apple TV.
What 24-inch monitor can you buy for under $1,000 that is better?

Summary: A couple of years ago, I spent hours and hours researching what 24-inch monitor to purchase… And, it came down to the Dell UltraSharp U2410 and the ASUS PA246Q. Ultimately, the Dell U2410 and the ASUS PA246Q are so closely matched that I was having trouble deciding which one to purchase, so I...
Summary: I have 2 of these one in standard orientation and one rotated 90 degrees for scrolling through code. Both have beautiful colors and are very sharp. Definitely a top of the line monitor if you can afford it.
Pros: Very vidid colors, very deep and well defined color, lots of swivel and configuration options, calibration out of the box is excellent
Cons: You need to be careful turning monitor sideways for a top down orientation.
Summary: I had a little bit of distortion when I attempted to hook up my PC through a KVM. Bypassing the KVM resulted in the best picture I have ever experienced. Also, I do not use this for gaming and cannot speak about how it would work in those circumstances.
Pros: Stunning color; almost too vivid but than I was used to "other" LCD monitors. The monitor has blown me away. I have used the DVI input and the D-SUB input. Both work well and I would hesitate to say either is better than the other. I have not tried to use the HDMI port but have read that it may b...
Cons: No Dell service tag which may be an issue getting support.
Cons: The monitor makes a continuous low humming noise when not in full brightness. Cranking the brightness seem to make the noise go away but 100% brightness is just too blinding to work with. I have tried contacting dell customer service regarding this issue but they have not been helpful at all. Eve...
Summary: I've had it for just a few days, but am quite happy. Rev A07, assembled in Mexico, Mar 2013. The manual states that HDMI can be used for PIP and there are people posting around the net who have done just that. But there are also a few posters stating that their Rev A07 will not do HDMI for PiP.
Pros: Price, quality, features, connections
Cons: 1. HDMI source option disabled (greyed out) for PIP mode (using for CATV). Only Composite, Component, VGA & Display Port are available. Dell technical support. Abysmal. I called them to determine if this was intended. Very polite, but just a phone jockey and not tech support material. But he coul...
Summary: I am using six of these at the moment for virtual machine monitoring and have done gaming extensively as well. They work great with NVIDIA surround and the picture quality I found to be the best in its class.
Pros: Every monitor is calibrated and ready to go out of the box. Lots of inputs (2 DVI, HDMI, DP, VGA Component, Composite, Audio). Excellent picture quality and excellent support.
Cons: Cost - wait for promotions/sales (they regularly go on sale). I have purchased 10 of these and got them all at roughly half off.
