Summary: I had read mixed reviews on this monitor, but what caught my eye was a report I read that said Dell intro'd this thing in the $1,200 neighborhood. I hope nobody paid that much for this thing but its a terrific monitor. OK, I bought this used.
Summary: These monitors are perfect. Great refresh rate and incredible picture quality. Since this model has now been replaced and is no longer available I'm hoping to upgrade to the latest and greatest when I can. I've never had a problem with any of the DELL 24" monitors I've had.
Summary: Purchased a computer and 24" monitor direct from Dell. Got the computer in a week, the monitor never showed. A couple dozen emails, phone calls - one customer service rep actually asked me to call back when their systems came back online - and no monitor.
Summary: I have owned this display for eleven months. It is a nice product until it fails. Mine has failed twice. Then you are relegated to Dell Hell. I bought a five-year advanced exchange warranty for the product yet it is nearly impossible to enforce.
Summary: Best monitor for money period. I have owned this monitor for 7 years now. It sits beside a cnet "editors choice" asus-pa248q and the picture blows the asus of the desk. I wish dell still made this I would probably have 3 of them.
Summary: I was shipped the WFP-HC instead of the regular WFP. Kind of annoying with the true white next to the off white, but I have gotten used to it and use one for videos and the other for everything else. The monitor itself is very nice.
Summary: Just to give a little background, I'm an engineer and spend most of my day doing CAD work, staring at two monitors. Although this is a while back, my old boss decided one day to upgrade one set of our monitors from the 19" dell ultrasharp monitors to this one.
