Summary: The condition for this item was listed as "USED -- GOOD." So that's what I expected. I was able to compare it to a new one near my computer, and I didn't expect perfection. The exterior case of the monitor has some scratches, no big deal. Main problem is the monitor screen itself is worn out, ie the brightness is very weak and drab, making it hard to read. I would not call this "GOOD".
Summary: We have a number of these displays in my work place. They have been consistently failing with large chunks of the picture developing 'off colour' bands that extend over usually quarters of either the width or height of the screen. Once this happens, text is effectively unreadable on these parts of the screen, and the display is heading for the IT department's large outdoor skip.
