Excerpt: I bought this for general use/photoshop with a little bit of FSX thrown in. When I first set it up and calibrated with my Eye-one, I thought I had miscalibrated it. The default blue background was so vivid. I put the new and old monitor (fast response TN) side by side and the image on the TN looked faded and washed out by comparison. Only downside is that now that I am used to IPS pannel, it hurts to use an old TN pannel.
Excerpt: Very satisfied with the quality and performance of this flat panel. Really appreciate the extra vertical height with 1600x1200, and having a second monitor is a real productivity booster. Vibrance and color accuracy with IPS LED are outstanding. No eye strain after using this for several hours per day. I use it for high-end 3D CAD and have not noticed any lag in refresh, but do not use it for gaming.
Pros: Adjustable Viewing Angles, Great picture quality, Large Viewing Area, Reliable Performance
Great Monitor. Love The Resolution, IPS Panels, Vibrant Colors, Sharp Crisp Text, But One Subtle Flaw

Summary: I purchased this monitor after hearing positive feedback from a couple of my friends who have this monitor as well as my own positive experience when testing this monitor on their PCs. The primarily glowing reviews here and elsewhere online confirmed the positive impressions that I had already developed for this monitor. So my expectations were high. I'm going to begin this review with a problem that I had and end with the good stuff.
Excerpt: I am super happy with this monitor. I absolutely love all of the usb ports. They are super fast. It was a total breeze to connect to my macpro. The image quality is superb and the color is just awesome for my artwork and video editing.
Pros: Adjustable Viewing Angles, Great picture quality, Large Viewing Area, Reliable Performance, Several Usb Inputs, Very Easy Setup
Excerpt: Use this for web development work, web browsing, programming, Photoshop. It's a huge upgrade from my old Dell 2001FP 20". This 24" is less than 1/2" taller but much wider overall. The 16: 10 aspect ratio is better than the typical 16: 9, but I'd still prefer something closer to 4: 3 for the extra height. It's bright, good color, very little color shift across screen or when changing angles. It's also lightweight which is good for mounting on an LCD arm.
Pros: Adjustable Viewing Angles, Great picture quality, Large Viewing Area
Summary: I bought two of these monitors that I put side-by-side for an extra large work space. I couldn't be happier. The resolution is fantastic! I recommended this monitor to a coworker and he bought one also.
