Excerpt: I bought this monitor for my design things, and it works well with my MacBook Pro 15" w/ DisplayPort. First time I tried to buy Apple Cinema Display, but this one is much more cheaper and efficient.
Summary: I bought this as a second monitor. Eventually I will buy another (or similar) for Eyefinity. The quality of the monitor is excellent. Brightness and contrast are superior to my Sceptre X24WG-1080P. Only negative is I don't agree that the price is reasonable. Buy this on sale.
No Dell Soundbar Available to Run from Monitor Pwr

Summary: This is an LCD monitor that uses LED back lighting. The blues are very blue (even after adjusting the color). I'm running with as a dual monitor with a 24" Apple iMac LCD monitor. (It doesn't come close to the picture quality of the Apple). Take that out of the equation and its a decent monitor.
Summary: I should have known better than to buy an entry level IPS display. There seems to be a problem with viewing angle though I am right in front of the monitor, on a white screen the bottom third of the screen takes on a golden color.
Summary: This is the best monitor that I have had the pleasure to own (and I've owned/used many). The 16x10 aspect ratio, IPS panel technology, outstanding warranty, not to mention gorgeous image put it at the top of my recommendation list.
Summary: I bought a miniDisplayPort to Displayport cable to attach this monitor to my Macbook Pro. It worked for a day; now it doesn't, with the monitor simply going into power save mode. It seems to work only with a miniDisplayPort to DVI adapter.
