Gloss, crisp, but condensation on inside of glass!
Summary: This arrived in the mail yesterday, but when I opened it, the inside of the package was damp and cold. Upon setting it up and turning it on, I noticed that I can barely see my cursor in one corner of the screen because there's condensation on the *inside* of the glass!
It's a middle end monitor, you get what you paid for, but it's pretty fine.

Summary: Nice monitor, but is very glossy, it should be used in lowlighted ambients, pixel pitch a little big, 27" can easyly be a 16:10 rel. The usb connectors are some difficult to catch, if you are front of the monitor, you should stand up turn to the back of the monitor and put the usb device, it could be to the left or right side so it would be much more easy to use, has a nice touch with the headphones conector via hdmi. Everything else is fine.
Summary: On the negative side, it simply has too much glare in a lighted room. On the plus side (for Dell), I ordered the 27 inch Ultrasharp to replace it and that is a great, great monitor! Of course, it costs a few hundred dollars more. We use monitors all day, most days, so the glare was unacceptable on this one.
