Summary: This monitor arrived with a bright blue line down the center of the screen. Dell would not send out a new one for exchange. They said that dead pixels is not a valid reason for a replacement. However, they told me I could return it, which I did. I was disappointed because I purchased it on sale and it was no longer on sale after I returned it. One would think that that many dead pixels would be a valid reason for a replacement under their warranty, but apparently not!
