Small, but it's a good match for the Dell 30" monitor

D. Matheny, Amazon
15 May 2014
  • Summary: As a programmer, I've been using a combination of a 30" monitor and a 20" monitor for years. This combination works great because the 1600 pixel height of the 30" monitor matches up perfectly with the 1600 pixel width of the 20" monitors. Recently, I decided to setup a similar setup at my shop - and purchased a Dell U3014 UltraSharp Monitor .

Height adjustability fully desireable

hibiscus1, Amazon
11 May 2014
  • Summary: Like this monitor so much because its wide enough and not enormous for a small desk and the height adjustability is a winner. Eye level with the monitor totally fits my needs.

No HDMI connection or speaker connection

John M. Ransom II, Amazon
29 April 2014
  • Summary: I am disappointed to learn that Dell now has made the HDMI connection proprietary and that they have removed the ability to connect the Dell monitor speaker to the bottom of the monitor.

Great Screen at a great orice!

enero30 "enero30", Amazon
22 April 2014
  • Summary: Got this screen a 2nd monitor to replace my $900 (at the time) 2nd screen. What a difference a few years makes. When I bought the monitor this screen replaced, it cost $900+ bucks and was top of the line (also a dell). Now this one which is a fraction of the price, blows that one away! Colors are rich, screen is sharp and contrasty, straight out of the box. I'm very happy with it!

Great features, but not quite 20"

Wordy, Amazon
11 April 2014
  • Summary: Diagonal measurements can be deceiving since they leave some leeway when spec'ing these monitors. The previous 20" monitor was 20.5 diagonal - this monitor is 19.5, but the same width - so buyer beware - these are WIDE seeming, but small for a 20" monitor and VERY WIDE when used as dual monitors. Aspect ratio explains that. They set up easily, and I agree with all the other assessments - they are sturdy, well made units, nice surface, excellent features.

Love love love

Ms Classy Glass, Amazon
6 April 2014
  • Summary: This monitor arrive packed simply but really well. Easy to put together and super easy to hook up. I had no idea what I was missing with my old Dell 17 inch monitor that came standard with my computer. This screen is beautiful and slides up and down easily for height adjustments, it also turns side to side for viewing. The screen does not appear to have blind spots where you see the screen but not the image. Haven't turned it vertical but am aware I could.

Decent Monitor at reasonable price.

Simon Fraser, Amazon
22 March 2014
  • Summary: I got this for my brother in law to go along with his new laptop. So far its seems to work fine. It is by no means a high end monitor but it does the job and the price is right.
