Summary: Touch screen does not work. I've had it a few months and the touch-screen worked sporadically in the beginning, I switched USB ports several times and it worked consistently for a few weeks but now it just does not work. Checked the drivers it's all up to date, my software is up to date Windows 8.1. "doesn't recognize connected USB device" Don't waste your money on this piece of crap.
Summary: First of all the picture for this product does not accurately reflect the actual viewable area. This is not neccesarily amazons fault because Dell shows the same thumbnail on their website. The actual Dell product page more accurately reflects what the monitor looks like: [...] The monitor in person is very big a clunky, the screen is very reflective, and the actual viewable area (as noted by another reviewer) is very small.
Summary: I wish I would have returned this during the 30 day return deadline. The screen works fine although the touch interface is always just a little bit off of where I touch the screen. I've of course calibrated the screen many times and still does not work. This screen does not always recognize my touch, and I know it's the screens problem because I own several devices with a touch interface that out preform this screen. I like Dell products, but definitely not this one.
Summary: The most terrible touchscreen monitor~~~ I tried to install it on two of my computers, but none of them worked. My computers are kind of old, so I have to use VGA connector. I am not sure what the problem is. One computer was able to detect the driver but failed with an error while driver installation. Another computer was able to install the driver but the monitor application did not recognize the device.
Summary: Terrible purchase:( They didn't give the correct cables to hook it up to computer. When I finally found VGA the touchscreen didn't work. A real idiot made this monitor. The screen size is much smaller than appears as it is an inch thicker glass on all sides besides plastic.
Summary: Took out box, screen flickered from as soon as it was plugged in, followed the useless Dell diagnostics and troubleshooting guide. No replacement available after lengthy search for the replacement option. Dont get me wrong, the very few times it had a stable image it was brilliant, but you cant measure how good a screen is from the time between good pictures. Not happy.
