Summary: This is a low priced monitor that works pretty well. You can get new ones on ebay sometimes for less than $100. I use it as a second monitor for my laptop, a role in which it performs pretty well for the price. The only real knock I have on the monitor is that it's not very bright, but this is really only an issue if you use it outdoors. If I have my laptop out on the table on the lanai during the day the display is a bit dim, but still usable. That's my only complaint.
Summary: It's not the most advanced monitor in the world, but it's good for the price for sure. You have to download a higher screen resolution from Microsoft, but it works great and it's easy to do. Monitor works very well if you're using dual monitors, too.
Summary: I bought this monitor about a month ago and, so far,it has not disappionted. The resolution and picture quality are great. This is the first flat screen monitor I have purchased, now I'm not sure how I lived without it. On top of that it comes at a very affordable price.
Summary: this dell monitor is everything that it advertised, and more. delivery was unbelievably prompt--3 days from the time that order was placedl would not hesitate to purchase from this vendor again.
Summary: I had been using one of the old 17" bulky CRT monitors for years because I didn't want to splurge on the pricey LCD monitors. However, the prices have been steadily going down and when I found this one, I went ahead and purchased it. I am very glad that I did. It feels like I have twice the space on my desk now and the picture is so much better than the old CRT. It was definitely worth every penny!
Excerpt: Introduction At work, we have finally moved over to brand spanking new widescreen monitors. As software developers, we constantly needed to have multiple windows open at any one time. This was proving particularly difficult on our own monitors due to its dimensions (our old monitors were 4:3 as opposed to being widescreen). As we buy all of our computer hardware from Dell, it was no real surprise when the boss came in with a Dell E1910 monitor for us all.
