Best monitor in the market! Can't go wrong with Dell...

Summary: So glad I checked out E-Bay 1st. The monitor is just what I wanted. Dell has always been a good buy for me and I wasn't disappointed in buying a used product made by Dell. I highly recommend this make and model.
Summary: From Craiglist. I bought it for $20. I use this hooked up to my old Compaq 2100 laptop running Windows XP in dual monitor mode. Although I really wanted one of these newer 27-28" widescreen models in 16:9 format, which I'll eventually purchase, this monitor suffices. I purchased this item to increase productivity, so I can put up other windows rather than having to switch and minimize.
Summary: There are a bunch of things I love about this monitor. First, it has a 5:4 aspect ratio, which I really prefer for a computer monitor. The 16:9 ratio is great for movies, but convenience and ease of getting stuff done on my computer is my definite priority. Second, it pivots. I don't use this very often, but it's been extremely handy now and then, when I need to work on portrait oriented documents.
